We celebrate the 8th ‘birthday’ of the bull market.
We must consider if the market is overpriced or well priced.
This is very critical for our success because if we ignore the whole situation, we may behave as ‘dumb’ money and this will lead to loses.
My thoughts shortly, that may be useful especially to novices:
Is it possible the market, not to be quite overvalued, when:
• we have 8 successive years of rise? if you check history, eight years is uncommonly too long (the exception and not the rule or even, the average)…
• we are on historic highs? Is it possible to be in high prices and the market to be low priced or justified?
• the actual overall business potential, seems not to be so dynamic?
• we have so much speculation of what can President Trump do to boost economy?
